Summary
Qianzhan Garments is exhibiting at the 140th Canton Fair, Phase 3 (October 31 – November 4, 2026) in Guangzhou. Here is what we bring to the booth, what you can check on site, and how to book a slot before you fly.

From October 31 to November 4, 2026, we will be on the floor at the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou for Phase 3 — the garment and textile phase. If you are sourcing workwear, hi-vis clothing or safety uniforms for next season, these five days are the cheapest way to compare factories: one building, hundreds of suppliers, and samples you can pull and stretch with your own hands.
Canton Fair Phase 3 is the clothing phase — plan the trip around it
The Canton Fair runs in three phases and they do not overlap. Phase 1 (October 15–19) covers machinery, electronics and vehicles. Phase 2 (October 23–27) covers home goods, gifts and building materials. Phase 3 (October 31 – November 4) is where garments, textiles, fabrics and fashion accessories sit. Doors open 09:30–18:00 at the Pazhou complex in Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
That detail matters more than it looks. Buyers who fly in for Phase 1 and leave before the weekend will never see a single clothing supplier — the clothing halls only open after they are gone. If workwear is what you came for, book the last week of October, not the middle of the month.
What we bring to the booth
We are a workwear factory, not a trading company: 20 years of OEM production, a 20,000 m² plant, 350+ skilled workers and 600+ automated machines running roughly 200,000 pieces a month. The range on site covers every category we produce:
- High-visibility workwear — jackets, parkas, trousers, T-shirts and vests, with reflective tape options for EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 programmes
- Flame retardant and anti-static workwear — coveralls, jackets and trousers produced to the standard and tested by the laboratory your market accepts
- 4-way stretch workwear — the elastic category that has replaced rigid cotton in industrial uniforms over the last few years
- Coveralls, bib pants, work shirts and work shorts — the volume basics that carry most orders
- Winter line — softshell, fleece, bodywarmers and padded parkas for outdoor and cold-store work
- Corporate uniforms — matched sets for hotels, logistics, security and facility management
Everything on the table is a production sample, not a showroom mock-up. If the hand of a fabric, the pitch of a seam or the return on a zipper matters to you, you can judge it in person instead of from a photo.

One honest note about China workwear factories
At a fair this size, a share of exhibitors are trading companies standing between you and the production line. The catalogue looks identical; the difference only shows up eight weeks later, when the bulk arrives in a different shade or a lighter weight.
So ask directly, and ask everyone the same way: how many sewing lines, what is your monthly output, can I see the workshop on video today, who owns the building. A factory answers with numbers and turns a screen toward you. A trader answers with a catalogue and a promise. As a China workwear factory with our own floor, our numbers are in the paragraph above — and if you want to see the line before you commit, we will walk you through it on a video call from the booth.

What you can settle on site
- Price against your own reference — bring your current tech pack or a sample you already buy, and we will quote the same construction instead of the one that flatters the price
- Fabric and weight — GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and reflective tape brand for the exact quality you are quoted
- Sampling lead time — 7 days for a counter sample once the spec is locked
- Minimum order — 1,000 pieces per colour for custom production
- Certification and test reports — whatever your market requires, confirmed face to face rather than by email
- A production calendar with a ship date — not a delivery promise
Ask for the certificate pack while you are there. ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Global Recycled Standard, CE marking and BSCI social compliance are the five buyers ask about most, and we bring copies to the booth so you can read the scope and the expiry date yourself instead of taking a logo on trust.
A short checklist before you fly
Most Canton Fair workwear buyers we meet arrive with a tech pack, a target price and three days to spend — not enough to see everyone, but enough to see the right ones. Five days sounds generous until you are in the hall. Buyers who arrive prepared leave with three real quotes; buyers who arrive empty leave with twenty catalogues and no decision.
- Bring two or three garments you currently buy — your best seller, and the one that keeps failing
- Write down your target price, target quantity and ship date before you walk in
- Ask every supplier the same questions, in the same order, so the answers stay comparable
- Photograph the business card next to the sample, or by day three you will not remember which quote belongs to which booth
- Save the booth number in your phone as you leave — the halls all look alike after the second day
- Book your sample meetings in advance; the good factories fill their fair-week slots by mid-October
How to find us
We are on the floor for the whole of Phase 3, October 31 to November 4, 2026, at the Canton Fair Complex, 382 Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou. Message us before you travel and we will confirm the hall and the stand number, plus a map pin — the garment halls are large enough that wandering is a waste of your day.
To make the meeting count, message us before October 31 with the items you want to see. We will have the right samples, fabrics and price sheets waiting at the booth instead of pulling catalogues while you stand there.
- WhatsApp: +86 186 6433 3611
- Email: jj.zhan@qzgarment.com
- Tell us: the product category, target quantity and the standard you must meet — we will confirm a time slot and prepare the samples
If you cannot come to Guangzhou this year
The fair is efficient, but it is not the only route to a reliable hi vis clothing supplier. Send a tech pack, a photo or a sample of the garment you need — our team quotes within one working day, ships samples by express, and can walk you through the workshop on a video call: fabric inspection, CAD cutting, sewing lines, finishing and final inspection. You see the line that will actually make your order, not a meeting room.
For buyers placing custom workwear OEM orders for the spring season, the practical deadline is earlier than it looks: sampling in November, bulk in December and January, delivery before the season starts. Waiting until after the fair to request a quote usually costs a month.
