In order to better improve product quality, comprehensively upgrade our technological process, and ensure that every customized work wear product meets the high standards expected by our customers, Qianzhan Work Wear Factory held a regular product morning meeting today. This meeting, which focused on production efficiency and quality control, gathered core personnel from various departments, including the design department, quality inspection department, and factory management team, to conduct in-depth communication, systematic sorting, and professional guidance on the technological process and product quality of some existing customized work wear orders.
During the meeting, the design department first shared the key points of the technological process for customized products, focusing on the details of fabric cutting, sewing techniques, and accessory assembly that are easy to ignore in the production process. They put forward targeted improvement suggestions for the unreasonable links in the current process, aiming to optimize the production efficiency while ensuring the consistency of product appearance and structure.
Subsequently, the quality department reported the quality inspection results of recent customized orders, focusing on the problems found in the inspection process, such as slight deviations in size, uneven stitching, and inconsistent color fastness. The quality inspectors made a detailed analysis of the causes of these problems, and worked with the management personnel and production team to formulate practical rectification measures, clarifying the rectification time limit and responsible person to ensure that similar problems would not recur.
The management personnel emphasized at the meeting that product quality is the foundation of the factory’s survival and development, and it is also the core competitiveness that distinguishes Qianzhan Work Wear Factory from other manufacturers. For every customized order, we must adhere to the principle of “quality first”, strictly control every link from raw material selection to finished product delivery, and never compromise on quality for the sake of reducing costs or accelerating progress.
All participants actively discussed and exchanged ideas, put forward their own opinions and suggestions on process optimization and quality improvement, and reached a consensus on further improving the production management system and strengthening quality supervision. The meeting not only sorted out the existing problems in the current production and quality work, but also clarified the next work direction and key points, laying a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of product quality and the steady development of the factory.
